Delay in PAN & TAN Allotment during Incorporation

Yes happened with me in Feb, PAN TAN Allocation delay caused delay in issue of Certificate of Incorporation. 

I wrote to : CRC.Esc...@mca.gov.in, appl.h...@mca.gov.in citing issue

Also complained on CPGRAMS - MCA

Also wrote to tin...@proteantech.in asking for pan application number quoting the Spice SRN

Yes experiencing the same, Complaints raised waiting for resolution. Since after 1st April PAN/TAN forms updated , IT department is delaying the process for PAN/TAN after MCA send data with CIN no. as I came to know. 
Also Thanks to Revati ji for reminding to mail citing our concern to the above email ID's. It can be helpful as it were in previous issues regarding MCA portal.

Yes, facing the same issue, called the MCA customer care they informed that NSDL website is undergoing interface change hence this delay from their side.
