The Portal has erroneously given Deposits/ Depositor details requirements as attachment (excel file) for Form PAS-3

Its not erroneously, it is new E-form....

After the eform is uploaded, the excel file needs to be uploaded using a new MCA service...

Does it mean that the company allotting shares have to file this excel file also?

Sankara ji, u have an option either to attach the complete list of shareholder in form PAS-3 or if the option is selected No, then upload the separate excel sheet of shareholder in portal....

ok naveen but that excel sheet contains details relating to deposits/ depositor/ matured/ unclaimed etc., and not that of shareholders
