LLP Name expired

I have tried incorporation of an LLP and got resubmission.  thereafter we haven't filed forms and name was expired month back.

presently we are in the process of resume of above LLP with expired name with different MCA User id . 

can I able to incorporate llp with expired name with new mca user id

yes you can. Just attach previous name approval letter with latest name reservation request
