Secondly, as rightly stated by Chandra Sir, due date depends upon the date at which the AGM was conducted last year. Hence check by keeping in mind, 6 months from the date of FY end or 15 months from the date of last AGM, whichever is earlier.

If your company is unable to hold the AGM on or before that date, then you can take the advantage of the ROC order by holding the AGM on or before 31/12/20.
