Format of Annual Performance Report

Dear Friends,

I got two formats of Annual Performance Report (attached for your perusal)
1. Annual Performance Report - 2 - I got it from rbi.gov.in
2. PART III - Annual Performance Report - I got it from RBI Master Circular on Direct Investments in JV/ WOS - 2011 (Page 40)

Now my query is, which format I have to follow for the purpose of filing with RBI
