Defaulter Secretaries List

Dear Professional friends,

 

MCA has published Defaulter Secretaries List. A mamber of ICSI can be appointed as CS for more than one company?

some of the Mambers of the ICSI are appointed as CS for more than five companies as per that list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is it possible???????
