CA CERTIFICATE FOR TURNOVER

Dear Members,

I have filed form INC-24 but RoC Delhi is asking for ca certificate for actual turnover from new business activity. How come company can start new business activity unless new incorporation certificate is issued. Kindly advise me on same.

Yes. But I am not getting how come CA can issue  certificate of turnover without starting new business activity.

U r right but ROC is asking irrespective of the logic behind this

Yes ROC is asking but if if ur new business activity include in other object then no need to submit turnover certificate and if u are going from new activity which are not include at previous object clause then u have to give such certificate.
