Regarding Form-3 (LLP Agreement) of Limited Liability Partnership

Dear Experts,

I have filed a form-3 in the month of Jan-2022 on V2 Portal. After that V2 Portal switches on the V3 Portal. LLP has filed all the annual returns and form-8 continoulsy. Now, LLP Agreement of the company is amended and same is required to upload on the Portal.

While filing the form-3 for amendment of LLP Agreement, portal is showing "Original form-3 is invalid and not taken in the records". 

We have not received any information regarding any discrepencis.  but now portal showing original form is invalid and need to file fresh form. the late fees on fresh form -3 is approx 1 Lacs. 

So please advice what can be do in this case.
