Registering dsc on v2

Im constantly getting error - please start emsigner while registering dsc on v2. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it, still it’s not working. How to resolve? it’s very urgent

you will get a message saying that emsigner has started successfully, are you getting this message ?

otherwise you need to start emsigner as Administrator by clicking on emsigner.

Reinstall Java and install emsigner again. It will work
