Inactive Attachments (Spice B form)

Dear Members,

For my Client I have applied for Pvt. Ltd. company. Name reservation is complete and approved. 

I have currently added INR 10,000 as authorized capital to reduce the charges for them as they are still in bootstrap mode. 

While completing the Spice Part B form, the upload buttons of AoA or MoA are inactive. Seek help to resolve this issue.

Thank you Puja and Revati. I am facing issue on the declaration where I am unable to save for below point (in screenshot as well.). Can anyone suggest. 

I, on behalf of the proposed directors, hereby declare that person seeking appointment is a national of a country which shares a land border with India, necessary security clearance from Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India shall be attached with the consent.

Hi Revati and Everyone 

I have tried all and ,raised the compliant with MCA and waiting for the response.  Can you point out to me what point in the form can gain me exemption on DSC since this is small entity. This is a major blocker for me to complete. Looking forward to expert advices.

1) Please check if the tick mark against the following points were made

(i) I am authorized by the promoter subscribing to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and the first director(s) to give this declaration and to sign and submit this Form.

(ii)  I, on behalf of the proposed Directors whose particulars for allotment of DIN are filled as above, hereby confirm and declare that they are not restrained, disqualified, removed for being appointed as Director of a company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 including sections 164 and 169, and have not been declared as proclaimed offender by any Economic Offence Court or Judicial Magistrate Court or High Court or any other Court, and not been already allotted a Director Identification Number (DIN) under section 154 of the Companies Act, 2013, and I further declare that I have read and understood the provisions of Sections 154, 155, 447 and 448 read with Sections 449, 450 and 451 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2) I suppose there is no exemption from DSC for the Proposed Subscribers / Directors
