i. Received remuneration not less than Rs. 1.20 Crore, if employed throughout that year;
ii. Received remuneration @ not less than Rs. 8.50 lacs per month if employed for a part of that year;
iii. Received remuneration more than that drawn by Managing Director, Whole Time Director or Manager and holds either himself or together with his spouse and dependent children not less than 2%
and top ten employee whether or not receiving the amount as specified above.
for e.g. suppose in a company, there are some employee getting salary maximum of 2 lac per month even though their salary far less in companre to limit mentioned above, still you need to disclose the details of top ten employees.
