Digitally signed Financial statement and director report

Dear Members
Greetings of the day

Whether digitally signed financial statement , director report and other annexures  are acceptable as valid attachment while filing AOC 4 ?

Or we have get it sealed and signed from managing director in person before uploading the same with AOC 4?

Please help in this regard

Yes it is valid as per InfoTech Act and Companies Act. However care should be taken in one point. Date will be shown when signing or on clicking the sign, hence digital signs shall be affixed as on date mentioned in document only.

Yes, I agree with Mr. Ramakrishnan. I forgot to mention that, the date which you mention below the DIN for signing & the date shown on the timestamp should match. Also, once the document is digitally signed, never take the print out of it. Else, the electronic document will lose its significance.
