What's App Message containing Resolutions for MCA v3 Portal Issues

Good Morning,

I got this following message form a What's App community called Corporate Adda (Group Invite Link: https://chat.whatsapp.com/KK4zBaMXylu0KzJDPt7GPr) hope, the same is useful to CS Mysore group.

💡📝PAN related error

1. The error may be due to an income tax site issue
2. To check - please use Dummy mca e from DIR 3 for the validation of PAN.
   
3. Insert the pan manually rather than copy-paste - or delete the extra space if any is created due to copy paste
   
4. Check and verify the pan details via the ITR form

💡Payment Issues- suggested resolution

Whenever I select "Online" for payment and click Submit, the next page continues to load and does not open. How to resolve this issue?

The most appropriate solution is to wait for a while, and then open MCA on a fresh tab while keeping the other tab intact. Check your SRN and you will find an option "Pay Fees". Click on that, you will see the same screen to select "Online" or "Offline" payment. Proceed normally and your issue will be resolved. But remember to keep the original tab open. If you close the tab and then open MCA, you will be asked to wait for 4 hours.

 📝💡Form downloading issues - suggested resolutions

1. May change the browser.
2. Download again and again
3. Re-edit the form and try
4. Avoid special characters.

📝💡MCA Login Problem - suggested resolution
In case of login problems or already login issues _ plz erase the history from the browser and try again.

💡📝AGILE Pro Solution - MCA V3
By Following this Process I was able to submit the form without the Prefill not showing an error

1. After coming to the last page of submission in the Agile Pro-S Form, the DIN/PAN is not prefilled, so simply click on the submit button It would show the error that the DIN/PAN is not mentioned. (It's all right).
2. Click on "My Application" and go to the Mini Dashboard Section of your Incorporation Forms.
3. You would see that next to the Agile Pro-S Form, Submitted will be written.
4. Press Edit on the Agile Pro S form and just press next until the last page. Do not undertake any OTP process again, if there are no changes u will find the PAN on the last page
5. Submit the form without saving

I just resubmitted and filed the Incorporation forms by following this method. It works!
Tried and tested. Pls, try.

 💡+ One more suggestion

At the last page don't click on submit button open a new tab, mini dashboard, and edit agile click next and at the last page DIN or PAN will appear
Nowadays no need to take OTP at Agile.
