PLEASE HELP ME  ABOUT THE PROCEDURE FOR DIN APPLICATION  FOR NRI AND INCORPORATION OF AN INDIAN CO. IN WHICH PROPOSED DIRECTORS ARE FOREIGN NATIONAL.
WILL BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF FOREIGN COUNRTRY WORK AS A PROOF FOR DIN APPLICATION.

but my question is that can Foreign national's Birth of certificate work for din address proof

Dear Mr.Aditya,

 

Birth certificate cannot be used as a proof of address. In case of foreign nationals, passport is a compulsory requirement for getting the DIN. Usually passports contains the address otherwise you can use any other proof like Driving Licence, Bank Statement, etc.

Dear Aditya,

 

Please find attached checklist of DIN for foreign Director. Further, proof which you provide for getting DIN should be notarised in foreign country.and if the address and ID proof is in any other language should be translated to the English.And passport no. is mandatory here (for Foreign Director) . Also note that DIN cell will very carefully check all the details while applying DIN especially for Foreign Director.

Yes. Birth certificate should have clear address and should be notarized. also you have to provide his passport. passport is mandatory. In DIN application you should mention the proof as Birth certificate. I generated DIN of foreign Director with birth Certificate. even citizenship card also ok.
