Transfer of Shares in Gurgaon-Stamping

Can anyone tell me the procedure for Stamping/ e-stamping  in case of Transfer of Shares in Gurgaon. Compensation amount is Rs. 9 Lacs approx.

Presently, the stamp duty payable is @ 25 Paise per Rs 100 of consideration (and not on basis of face value of shares). [As per Article 62 of Schedule I to Indian Stamp Act.

Payment of stamp duty on share transfer is uniform all over India,if it is not possible to obtain physical stamps the duty can be franked on Transfer deed.
