please find attached herewith consent letter for appointment of additional director, is there any changes in consent letter format or we need to obtain additional letters from proposed director.

Dear Kanak Jain

Since 161 of Chapter XI of Companies Act 2013 is notified with effect from 12th September 2013,Sections 260--Additional Director,Sec 262-- Filling of causal vacancies among directors and Sec 313--Appointment and term of office of alternate directors shall stand repealed.

Accordingly consent letter need to be re-drafted.
