Closure of newly incorporated Company.

Dear Members,

I have incorporated Company in August , 2018. Now management decided to close that Company.

How to close Company? Which method needs to be follow for closure of newly incorporate Company?

If Company has no business since its inception then apply u/s 248(2) of the Companies Act 2013 for strike off of Company.

closure of company is process need to follow and for this purpose company should not be running business since last two years with NIL sale
