Stamp Duty Payment in Karnataka

[VIKRAM RAJ]

Dear All,

In February, Karnataka State Government increased the Stamp Duty payment for Incorporating the Companies to Rs. 5,000/- each for MOA & AOA. 

But I was able to Incorporate a Company yesterday with the previous payment pattern.

Should I make the balance payment and keep the Stamp Paper or should I ignore it?
