Kindly help me with the procedure for CESSATION OF DIRECTOR DUE TO DEATH as per companies Act 2013.

take note of the cessation of director due to death.

pass the resolution regarding the cessation.

take the death certificate from the concern then attach to the DR12 and file

take consent letter from the new director.-Dr2

take MBP1 from the new director

go to form DIR12- fill the form 

come to the column where the new director details needs to be filled then

after that fill the details of the director who is dead.

attach the: director new consent letter , MBPI

 attach death certificate letter and resolution taking note of the cessation of the director who is dead.

finally the new director will come the director who is dead will go.
