Dear Professional Colleagues ,

I am in process to shifting of registered office of a company from one state to another. Can some pls share the draft and documents alongwith the procedure and timeline to proceed within.

It is a private limited company having one director as unsecured creditor, which I believe will not be an issue to concern authority.

I have read sec. 13 of the Act where it is mentioned approval of Central Government, What does this "Central Government" denote? Do i need to file application of shifting before the RD of State from where the Company is shifting or is it NCLT?

Very urgent query, pls guide and suggest.
