Appointment Letter in Form DIR-12

Dear All,

I have to file from DIR-12 for incorporation of Company.

but the Letter of appointment is Mandatory attachment with the form, how can company issue letter of app. prior of its incorporation.

Please provide format of App. Letter if any one has filed the same.

We attached consent letter of director instead of appointment letter ( here I m not talking about dir 2, which will be attached in dir 2 box only )

Without incorporation not given appointment letter director his consent to act as director.

In my opinion in that case letter of appointment should be signed by the Promoter.format attached for reference.
