INC-20A query

While i am doing pre-Scutiny of the form INC-20A, it is showing error" registered office address is not updated in the system" 
what need to be  done
shall i file INC-22

File INC 22.After approval of the same you will be able to file INC 20A.

At time of Incorporation you have the option to select Registered office address if at that time No TAB is selected in Spice+ form than in that case you are required to file INC 22 within 30 days of Incorporation.After approval of INC22 (STP form) you will be able to file INC 20A

I guess while filing spice the option that is this registered place of business was kept No and with in 30 days the Registered address was not updated/intimated. So firstly you will have to do that then go with INC 20 A.

Whether that option was kept NO or YES

Yes if you will put CIN in INC 22 if Address Portion remains blank means INC 22 has not been filed if Address portion gets prefilled means INC 22 has already been filed for that Particular company.

In that case raise a ticket however they will suggest to file INC 22 or visit local ROC
