Spelling mistake while typing Name of the Company in Form-1A

Dear Member,

I have filed form-1A ,for the name approval with a slight mistake of
spelling and it was approved with that mistake spelling, but the
promoter does not want the same .
Can anobody suggest me how can rectify it.

File the fresh form 1A with correct name because that form/name can not be ractify by MCA.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for the reply, but if i file fresh form -1A, will it approve
because it will be similar to the earlier name except only one letter
in the name.
Here is the spelling mistake name:" VIRDIS VATIKA FRESH PRIVATE LIMITED"
And the Correct Name: :" VIRIDIS VATIKA FRESH PRIVATE LIMITED"
Only the letter "I" is missing in the spealing mistake name.

Mr Ahmad,

U better draft a letter quoting the  reference of name approved along wid SRN no and reason for filing fresh name due to d mistake and attached with form 1A.

ROC officials will not refuse their approval b.coz of this only provided they didnt raise any other objection.

I think you will have to wait for the validity period to be over to
file the name which is
nearly the same
alternatively maybe you can incorporate the company with the wrong
spelling and then later file a share holders resolution...i think this
process will be faster...ofcourse
the promoter has to agree for this

Another way you can visit ROC office and consult the situation with those officer who has approved the name.. might be he will do needful for you.

It is better you have to provide one indemnity bond (100 Rs. Stamp Paper) stating that we are the promoters so and so we hereby declare that we have inadvertently filed the Form1A in the name  .... instead of .... So kindly give us approval like that.....

I know that it will be similer/identical but we don't have any other way except two option

 

1. upload fresh form now

2. wait for 90 days, because after 90 days it wil not be available and then file form1A with new and correct name

Dear Ahmadur,

I had faced the same problem 2 years back..kindly file form 61 with ROC requesting him to cancel the old name.  After it is approved file fresh Form 1A.  This was suggested by then AROC of Coimbatore, Dr.KJ Joseph Jackson,,,

Dear kiran Sir,

In form -68 there are only option to change the "Type of the Company
", "Catagory and Sub-Catagory of the Company in respect to Form-1A.
But what i require is to Change the Spelling mistake Name, in respect
of which i am not finding any option in Form 68.
If i am wrong please rectify me.

yes u are righ. then only option is to surrender the name through form 61
