Excel Sheet in PAS-3

Should Excel Sheet mandatorily be filed with PAS-3.

Total No. of Allottees - 6

List of Allottees will be attached.

But filing of Excel Sheet is not mandatory.  It is required only if details of share holders are not attached in Form PAS-3.

Correct me if I am wrong pls.

Yes u r right. we have just filed PAS-3 along with list of 41 Allottees and it was approved in STP mode..

I m facing below mentioned error since 29 March 16. The Date of allotment is 10 March 16.

"Date of allotment should be within 30 days of filing date"

Technical team of MCA and infosys is still struggling.

Anyone else also facing same error.
