DIR 12 is no longer on STP mode.​

It has come to my knowledge from ROC Delhi office, that DIR 12 is no longer on STP mode.​

Please Clarify

No such update.. it is still the same.

The eForm will be auto approved in case it is filed by the existing company (STP) and will be processed by the office of Registrar of Companies in case of new company (Non STP).

Don't sure about the change. In my case I have filed DIR - 12 of an existing company on 16/07/2016 and it is yet to be approved by MCA officials.

I have filed DIR - 12 of an existing company for vacation of office due to absents from all the meetings of the Board of Directors during a period of twelve month and said form is yet to be approved by MCA officials.

it seems now DIR 12 is whether STP or Non STP mode is depends on what reason you are filing.
