 if anyone having  MOA of the real estate company as per companies act 2013.PLease provide me the same urgently.

(A)        THE MAIN OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE:-

 

i)               To carry on the business as owner builders, colonisers, developers, promoters, proprietors, occupiers, lessors, civil contractors, maintainer and mortgagors of residential, commercial and industrial buildings, colonies, building for mills and factory’s sheds and buildings, workshop’s building, cinema’s houses.

 

ii)              To undertake and to carry on the business of purchasing, selling and developing any type of land or plot whether residential, agriculture, commercial, industrial, rural or urban that may belong to company or to any other person of whatever nature and to make agreements to sell the land to the company or of any body else.

 

iii)            To erect and construct houses, buildings or civil and constructional works of every description on any land of the company or upon any other lands immovable property and to purchase, take on lease, acquire in exchange or otherwise on, hold, occupy, construct, erect, alert, develop, colonies, decorate furnish, pull down, improve, repair, renovate, building, plane layout, set, transfer, mortgage, charge, assign, let-out, hire sublet or sub lease all type of land, plot buildings, hereditaments, bungalows, quarters offices. Flats chawls, warehouses, godawns, shops, stalls, markets, hotels and restaurants, buildings banquet hall, houses structures, constructors, tenements, roads bridges, land, estate and immovable properties whether free hold or lease- hold of any nature and description where-ever situated in which and partly consideration for a gross um or rent partly in one other or any consideration.

 

iv)            To act as consultant(s), advisor(s), contractor(s), sub-contractor(s) and to provide corporate & management consultancy and  advisory services on contract, subcontract or other basis in the area of and in relation to engineering, manufacturing, construction, exploration, information & technology and/or  any of the main objects of the Company.

Isha Ji, now as per com Act. 2013, only main object and MATTERS WHICH ARE NECESSARY FOR FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS SPECIFIED IN CLAUSE III (A) should necessary include  and not required for ancillary objects separately....
