Quaries related to STRIKE OFF Company under CCFS Scheme

Dear Professional,

I have one query related to the strike off company under CCFS scheme.  A Private Limited has filed Annual forms in 2022 and since 2022-2023 company has not filed Aoc-4 Mgt-7 again if company wants to strike off under scheme, in such situation company is required to first complete the overall Annual Compliances or it can simply strike off without completing pending filing. 

Kindly guide me in this matter.

Simply attach undertaking be signed  from the directors that the Company has not been carrying on any operations since last 2 years and hence not required to complete the Annual Filings for the FY 2023-24 till FY 2025-26. Usually C-PACE asks for such undertaking.

Dear Member,

You are first required to identify the date of closure of business. Thereafter, please ensure that all annual filings for the financial year in which the closure of business falls have been duly completed.

You may submit a clarification letter along with the application stating that the company has completed all filings up to the financial year during which the company was operational or until the date of closure of business.
