Form MGT 10

Dear Friends

Has anybody found MGT 10 on MCA website for submission under section 93 of CA 2013?

Dear Rakesh

I think MGT will replace Form 20B form next financial year and AOC 4 will replace 23AC and ACA. 

For FY 2013-14 annual return will be filed in old form 23AC ACA and 20B only and new forms will be available for new FY 2014-15 only. 

Reason- Provisions of new act related to above forms is applicable from 01.04.2014 only.

Members correct me if any mistake.

MGT 10 is not related to annual filing. It is return of changes in top 10 shareholders.
