Hi friends, 

Please guide if we have to file MGT -14 for the resolutions passed in AGM held through VC of a private company.

Which resolutions?? There is not mandatory requirement to file each resolution passed in AGM through video conferencing in Form MGT-14.

Thanks CS Sachin and CS Deepak for your replies.

This means all resolutions passed in EGM through VC shall file in MGT 14 but not required for AGM.

Please confirm.

Whatever is mentioned in the EGM circular , will be apply to AGM also.
Check the screenshot , MCA circular dated 05.05.2020

Dear Mohit,

I replied on the screenshot attached by you, that particularly of EGM. 

Later MCA has issued circular in may with continuation of earlier circular, which you did not mentioned there.

Please see again, I never said that MGT14 is not required to be filed in case of AGM held through VC for private companies.

Dear Members,

there is 60 days  time limit to file all those resolution passed in VC BASED AGM.

but enquire fee option on "MCA website calculating additional fee after 30 days from the AGM, WHY IT SO.
