Not Available for efiling

One of our company established on 30/07/2018.

But on MCA Master DATA,  the Company Status (for efiling) field is showing " Not available for efiling" 

What kind of status is this?

The Certificate of Incorporation is not issued.So thats status shown there.

Pending for issuance of PAN/TAN.

Once PAN/TAN is issued COI will be generated.

PAN and TAN allotted by MCA on 05/09/2018 and COI not generated till now.

Ticket also raised. But no response.

No need to file INC 22 as the registered office selected at the time filling Spice,

PAN TAN Allotted, and also received COI.

Trying to raise ticket but site not working may be.
