CANCELLING SRN

Dear All,

After making payment for form MGT 7, the payment was deducted and SRN generated, but payment status showed 'NOT PAID' since 19/4/2016.

What shall be done, as the message under track transaction, shows the following:

Please note if the amount is debited from your account do not Cancel the SRN.

Should the form be uploaded again, after cancelling the SRN???

Am facing the similar problem. Uploaded SH7 for 5 lakhs. Amount is debited. Now the payment status shows not paid but it says pending for approval. 

Have raised the ticket. 

Please let me know if there can be any solution for this.

If the payment has been deducted then plz don't cancel the SRN otherwise u will have to face the difficulties for refund , so plz wait and raise ticket ur challan will generate, but if status is showing that payment was unsuccessful then u can upload the form again after cancelling the SRN....

And friends if you guys are using State bank portal as payment mode. Kindly go to payment status and there you will see not paid but just look down there below not paid click here. do click there challan will generate and transaction status will be also updated.

Below message is appearing:

SRN entered is already marked as Unpaid. Please contact bank for reversal of payment, incase your amount has been debited.

But the in the track transaction status, it shows as Not paid, but the form is pending for approval.

Also under track payment status there is no option highlighted for cancelling the SRN.

But out of two pending SRN one has been cancelled and one is showing not paid.

raised ticket but how long to wait....

Puja ji & Sravanthi ji, if ur payment has been deducted and transaction status showing that unpaid, it means this one is technical issue and u can cancel the SRN and upload the form again and the amount which has already deducted that will be refunded by the MCA within 48 hrs...no need to wait...

Make a call to mca helpdesk..nd raise complaints.they vl surely generate the challan.
This problem of sh7 also arised with me.
