What documents need to be attached in Form MGT 14 for transfer of shares??

Hi,

In case of transfer of shares, no need to file MGT-14.

We have to provide details of share transfer in MGT-7. 

In MGT-7, you need to attach duly signed and stamped SH-4 giving details of payment of stamp duty on share transfer.

In general practice, In MGT-7 you just need to mention the share transfer details in the relevant point of mgt-7, no need of attaching SH-4 and Stamps.
