Difference between MOU & JV Agreement

My query is what is the difference between MOU & JV Agreement ........ in a elaborate sense  ?

Dear friend , 

as per my thinking 

 a joint venture agreement as a legally binding contract between two or more parties where the respective duties and responsibilities of each of the parties to the agreement are detailed.

The memorandum of understanding is more of a general outline of what objective the parties are intending to complete. The MoU will be the basis of the completed joint venture agreement

You mean, MOU is not a legally binding document like JV................. or if we will draft a JV first of all we have to draft a MOU.........Iam not clear actually........please clarify little bit  !!!!!!

dear friend , 

we can consider  MOU as a Draft Joint Venture  ,

  MOU is a firstly acceptance Document , in which both the Parties are agreed to do which are Prescribed in the MOU , 

 in the MOU we are not mention rules and regulation , it is only a Draft in which modification facility is available. it is a First Step  to do any work with any other Party , 

but in Joint venture agreeement , it is a final Document in which all rules and terms and conditions are prescribed , 

overall  MOU is first step to finalise the Joint Venture
