Section 96(1): 15 Months' Gap RE: [CSMysore] Due date of AGm

Time gap between 2 consecutive AGMs cannot be more than 15 Months in view of Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013. CFSS, 2020 will not help in enhancing the said gap, though the views differ on this aspect.
Accordingly, please refer the actual Date of AGM of 2018-19 and decide the Due Date of AGM of 2019-20.
