Closing of interim Dividend Account

Dear Members

an interim Dividend was opened in a Nationalized bank and amount of Dividend was deposited and paid

now there is NIL balance in the interim Dividend Bank Account

should the company give board resolution for the Bank  for closure of interim Dividend Bank Account

Dear Friend,

If you want close then you have close it but what is may suggestion to you is already you opened for Separate account for deceleration of Dividend only  then why you are closing account.if you want to declare next time Dividend then you put a dividend amount in that Account only that all.
