Please also suggest me that can we adopt the materiality policy now also. Is we also required to inform the policy and person authorizing to determine the materiality of event or only authorised person name is enough to inform.

Yes. Also disclose the Stock Exchange about policy and host the same on website along with authorised KMP details.

Ankita is it required to send the policy to Stock exchange or only intimating that policy has been adopted is enough.
as i have seen lots of companies only sending the information of authorised KMPs only.
