New issue From Mca...Not able to login...account locked

Hello members,

I m not able to login...After 3 try, my account got locked.I received mail frm MCa to login after 2hours..

After that Whenever I login it says Invalid username and password. I clicked on forget password and changed it but again it says Invalid username and password....

Every time it says Invalid username/password and account gets locked...

Please suggest how to resolve this..

Icsi should understand the irony of the professionals...After server down on due date, we work on sundays to save our client from penalty...

We keep on trying but all in Vain...

WAIT FOR 2 HOURS ...ONCE LOCKED THEN ACTIVE WITHIN A 2 HOURS

Yes its working now...But it took full one day...not 2 hours..
