Dear All,

A small typo crept into a board resolution, in which at one single place alphabet "N" was inadvertently missed form the name of authorized person. (Example : Ranjan became Rajan), now banks are objecting and wants a fresh certified true copy.

How to proceed on this one.

its my duty to inform the board on the typo first, or shall i submit the corrected CTC of Resolution and later take it up with the board.

Please advice.

Thanks and Regards,
Manish

there is no need to make a issue out of nothing. typo errors are common. if you can manage it do it and close it.

unnecessarily highlighting your mistakes will not give any additional credit.

that is what i do

I think Mr Santosh Kumar is right. However, you can go for the following approach :

1. Resolve the matter silently with banks.
2. Take the MD in confidence and resolve the matter amicable.
3. If 1 and 2 above are not possible. Get the minutes amended either by circulation or in the next Board Meeting mentioning the problem faced by you.

Thanks and Regards
