Procedure and draft documents for condonation of delay in satisfaction of charge

Hi members

Can anyone provide me with the draft documents required for filing for condonation  of delay in satisfaction of charge with RD.

Also there is a confusion, whether only form CHG-8 is required to be filed or GNL-1 first and then CHG-8. Earlier it was RD-1 but RD-1 is not available on mca.

But the company has already filed CHG-4 along with bank noc. It was delayed by a month, and now they have received a notice for condonation.

Which form is to be filed first, GNL-1 or CHG-8?

Recently visited Roc Mumbai in a similar issue, was told by officer that CHG-8 for condonation application and and a copy in GNL-2 needs to be filed.

Is there any section under the Companies Act, 2013 on the basis of which fine or penalty is decided by the Regional Director in the hearing. If not, then on what basis is penalty/ fine levied?

If anyone has done condonation of delay, please let me know the approximate amount of penalty levied by the RD for delay in filing form chg1 for regiatration of charge.

Also, how long does the entire procedure take, getting the hearing date after filing chg8 and then receiving the order from RD

Normal Application on Company letter head is enough? or  petition, MOA & Affidavit is required as no where it is mentioned.
