Can you please forward (Send) a copy of declaration w.r.t. below matter :

Director from whom money is received, furnishes to the  company at the time of giving the money, a declaration in  writing to the effect that the amount is not being given  out of funds acquired by him by borrowing or accepting loans or deposits from others.

If the loan is before 01.04.2014 then it the declaration is given as per Rule 2(b)(ix) of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 1975

Please correct me if am wrong.
