DIR-3-KYC form couldn'be download Appropriately

Form DIR-3-KYC got submitted whereas form didn`t get auto downloaded. When we try to Download the PDF, Optional Attachment that we attached is getting Download.
DIR-3-KYC Form didn`t get downloaded for affixing the DSC. How can i solve the issue to Appropriately download the form.

Since SRN is already generated we couldn`t draft and file another form.
We need, either SRN to be cancelled so that we can draft and file another Form ?

please help me

When we try to Download the submited form PDF, Attachment was only downloaded. We couldn't download submitted form dir3.

Click on edit button in the application then you have to again do OTP verification and all.

After that submit it.

Thereafter the form will automatically be downloaded or if not then you can download on yourself.
