For old ids (created few months back) it is working, but for new ids it is not working.

If you are registering first time for the Spice+ Forms, then go ahead and upload your forms, the DSC association error will not arrive,... just did it yesterday.

Yes Mr. Vinay.

DSC Registration is for Incorporation.  Anyways will try to upload without Registration / Association.
