DPT 4 & Return of Deposits

Dear All

Can we file GNL 2 combining DPT 4 & Return of deposits?

Or is it mandatory to file them separately.

In Balance : Pvt Ltd Company has Accepted Loan from directors, in  this case we have to file DPT-1 and GNL-2 also?

As per definition given in Deposits rule, 2014,  loan from Directors will not be considered as Deposits

Can anyone tell me if a company does not having deposit as on 31.03.2014 then still it is required to fill DPT-4.


Is it mandatory to file for PVT Ltd also?

what is the consequences if return of deposit fails to file with roc on 30th June, is there any chances to extend the date.
