INC-24 resubmission error - name validity expired

Has anyone faced the issue where name validity has expired as resubmission of form inc-24 is received after expiry of name srn.

Any solution anyone has?

Hi 

No worries in that case, as you have submitted the name change application in INC-24 within 60 Days, Challenge will come only when this INC-24 SRN gets rejected.

I faced the same issue when the MCA site was down for transfer of forms from V2 to V3. 

I have visited the office of ROC, Kolkata. The ROC himself suggested not to waste time and submit the name application form again with the name approval letter issued before.

In our case, resubmission date of INC-24 is still valid but form is showing error that RUN SRN has expired. How to resolve this issue?
