Can anyone please provide the filled Form AOC 1 for the details of Subsidiary Company. What details do we need to mention if the Holding and Subsidiary both the companies are private Limited.

There are Fixed Format of AOC-1 which are required to attached of Holding Company's Balance sheet. Details of Subsidiary company are required to fill in AOC-1
