pan entered is invalid

while filing agile form, when i click on prescrutiny, it shows an error that "pan entered is not valid pan"
however i have alredy associated DSC on MCA website and also no prescrutiny error showed on Spice/eMOA/eAOA. this error is only showing on AGILE.

please help in this regard

Just retry entering the PAN as it is. If it works, nothing like it. If not, then you will have to arrange for a new DSC as the agent must have punched some incorrect PAN information while making the DSC. Normally you won't be able to observe these errors while filling Spice form or at the time of registering the same at MCA site. But while filling KYC form, it will flash this error at the prescrutiny stage. However, I'm not aware about whether this happens with Agile form but I observed this multiple times while filling DIR-3 KYC form.

Hence try as I had suggested above. If the problem persists, then the issue is with the DSC itself, for which you will have to arrange to make a new one.

 I have filled agile form with Spice and i got incorporation certificate last week also with PAN & TAN but i didnt receive any information yet related to GST ,PF & ESI .

How to get the details for GST or by when can i will get the details .

I have heard from many of my colleagues that it takes 2-3 months if you apply for GST by Agile. That's why it is advisable to apply for the same separately in GST website.

Now few days in Times of India, it was stated that MCA is going to introduce a new form to substitute the current Spice form which will enable the applicants to apply & get GST & other things quickly & with ease.

I got incorporation certificate and PAN and TAN no....

But when  I was updating PAN no. while registering for GST, It says PAN IS INVALID..

Kindly help me to resolve this issue..

That's because sometimes the PAN mentioned in certificate of incorporation would be different than what is appearing in IT database.

So you can check with NSDL for the same.

dear kartik,

i got new DSC and i verified the pan details entered in such DSC and correspondingly updated those on MCA portal. 
and still issue persists. unable to get the solution. i tried using another directors' pan, whose company i incorporated just few days ago, and there is no such error. i am getting error only in this present case of mine for both the directors.

please suggest

geeting a fresh DSC was the last hope and it didn't work.

As I said, you won't get these errors while prescrutinizing Spice form. Agile form is something which I haven't heard of as to whether it pops an error like this.

But while filling KYC form, as you are aware, PAN gets verified at the time of filling the form. However, while prescrutinizing the form, I got this error. For which I raised a ticket with MCA. So this is what they said. So after approaching the DSC agent & once I got the new one, the problem was resolved. If you want you can also raise a ticket with MCA by attaching the error shown in your mail & see what they respond.

They haven't given me any solid solution.

They said that pan details are not correct, which is totally baseless because i have verified details from NSDL.

Even in my case, they sent a similar response.

Then it's better to check with the source wherein you arranged to make this DSC & tell them the issue you are facing.

It takes 24- 48 hours from the incorporation date for the PAN of Company to become active for GST registration
