TDS on Readymade Cement

Whether TDS will be applicable on the Readymade Cement supplied by the cement company?

TDS applicability is only on service component and not on Material components.

To my understanding, you are referring to supply of ready made cement which qualifies as purchase of cement. This does not attract TDS.
