Docs for Reduction of Capital

Yeah right,

The proposed reduction of share capital shall be done under section 100 of the companies act,1956.

Kidnly provdie me docs which may be required in this regard if any one having and pl. also provide me format of application needs to be filed with CLB/NCLT for eg. form-18, form 19 , form 3 ,form 29,form 30 of company (court ) rules, 1959.
