Pre fill issue in Fillip Form - Area / Locality

Dear All,

We are trying to fill the Fillip form for the designated person not having DPIN but after entering his pin code, the area / locality is not getting pre filled so we are not able to select the same.

Tried from Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc but no result.

Kindly let us know how to file the same. please.
