Recently we have created the ID now I am trying to login but it is saying we unable to process service please try later is it happens regularly or I need to contact to someone

The Company (“issuer”) has received ISIN and now need to register at the NSDL issuer portal. Please guide if the issuer can select same product category as “corporate action” and choose checker and maker both and proceed.

Please guide on the process and formats of documents required to upload for the said purpose.
